Real partnerships delivering real results for the Public Sector and K-12

Streamlining Contracts at Statewide Scale
A large state government needed a way to bring solicitation and contract management under one roof across hundreds of agencies and municipalities. At that scale, coordinating bids, tracking contracts, and managing supplier relationships gets complicated fast.
Concourse partnered with the state to build a platform that now serves over 600 agencies and municipalities. It gives them centralized contract oversight, a bid process that can serve multiple agencies at once, and a single vendor portal with integrated financial tracking. The system supports relationships with more than 3,000 suppliers.

To Go Live
The platform was live in under 60 days.
When procurement is scattered across disconnected systems, the inefficiencies add up and eventually hit taxpayers. The state now has one place to manage solicitations and contracts statewide. That means better transparency, less administrative overhead, and tighter oversight of how public dollars get spent.
Bringing City Hall Closer to the Community
Concourse partnered with a town in Michigan who wanted to do more than answer phones and push paper. They needed a real way to hear from residents, gather input on local issues, and show people their concerns weren't disappearing into a void.
Concourse built them a community engagement portal to make that possible. Residents can fill out surveys, submit feedback, and use a map-based 311 system to report issues with exact location details. On the backend, city staff have workflows to track every submission, assign it to the right person, and follow up.
The whole thing was up and running in under 60 days.
Now the town has a system that turns resident feedback into action, whether someone's flagging a pothole on Main Street or weighing in on a proposed city project. People can see that the City is listening, and that builds trust over time.

Digitizing Safety for Public Transit
Concourse partnered with a regional transit authority in Illinois who was drowning in paper. Every accident form, training sign-off, and work order was either on paper or buried in spreadsheets. When the FTA came knocking for compliance reports, staff spent days hunting down signatures and piecing together records.
Concourse built them a safety management and compliance platform that runs on the tablets already in drivers' hands. Drivers can report incidents, complete digital forms with signatures, and track their training assignments - all in less than two minutes. On the backend, supervisors get a review queue for quarterly FTA reporting, can export custom reports with one click, and can assign mandatory and corrective training to drivers based on incidents.
Now, the transit authority has a single source of truth for safety data. No more chasing paper across several counties or manual data entry before audits. Everything from an accident on route 12 to a driver's annual training certification lives in one place with a complete audit trail.
